NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. stats., the assessment roll for the
year 2016 assessment for the Town of Farmington, Washington County, Wisconsin, will be
open for examination on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, at the
Farmington Town Hall, 9422 STH 144, Kewaskum, WI 53040. The Town Assessor will meet
individually with any taxpayers with assessment questions. Instructional material about the
assessment, how to file an objection, and board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will
be available at that time.

Request for Bids- Road Repair Indian Lore Road

REQUEST FOR BIDS
TOWN OF FARMINGTON, WASHINGTON COUNTY
The Town of Farmington, Washington County, WI, is accepting sealed bids for
resurfacing of Indian Lore Road from CTH A (100’) to Newark Drive.
THIS IS A TRIP PROJECT
Work to be provided will consist of pulverizing existing pavement and repaving with a 2”
base course and 1 ½” overlay of hot mix asphalt. Project to be completed by September 15,
2016. Bids will be accepted until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at the Town of Farmington
Town Hall, 9422 STH 144, Kewaskum, WI 53040.
The bidder’s attention is called to the fact that this project is subject to a prevailing wage
rate determination which has been issued by the State of Wisconsin and that the prevailing
wage rates and hours of labor set forth in this determination shall be applicable to this project.

part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the bidding process and to accept the bid proposal or
portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.

Automatic Tabulating Equipment will be conducted on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at the
Farmington Town Hall, 9422 STH 144, Kewaskum, WI 53040, for the Spring Election and Presidential
Preference to be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. This test is open to the public.

Notice of Meeting of the Local Board of Canvassers : At the close of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. § 19.84, the Election Inspectors at each polling place will convene as the Local Canvassing Board for the purpose of conducting the local canvass pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.51. This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.81-89.
